Choose our online payment solutions

VIVACO Bill Payments and Statements

Due to the ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post, you may not receive your bills or statements or may be unable to mail your payments.

VIVACO would like to inform you of the options available to access your statements online and pay your bills without delay.

Easily access your statements and bills online

To access your bills and statements quickly and securely at any time, VIVACO encourages you to register for its secure portal AgConnexion. You will then receive an email each month informing you that your statement is available on the portal. No more paper!

To make this transition, contact us now at credit@vivaco.coop  mentioning your phone number or customer number linked to your account. We will send you an invitation by email to connect.

 

Payment Options

OPTION 1 – Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit)

You must contact us by email at credit@vivaco.coop to obtain our banking information.

Please send your payment details to: recevables@vivaco.coop

 

OPTION 2 – Online payment via your financial institution

Add – via your profile with your financial institution (Ex: Accès D) – the standardized supplier : Vivaco groupe coopératif. Then, enter your customer number as a reference.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the funds to be transferred to us.

 

OPTION 3 – Payment directly at our branches

Make your payments directly at one of our BMR, Sonic branches or at the head office. View service points https://www.vivaco.coop/trouver-une-succursale/
