Can I be reimbursed for my shares ($50)?

Yes. If you move to another region or due to death. To do this, you must make a request to your cooperative.

Do I need to have an account with VIVACO cooperative group to be a member?

No. You can be a member while purchasing cash! We will then send you a number that corresponds to your membership file in our files and through which your purchase volume is recorded.

If I have an account number, am I automatically a member?

No. Having a customer number does not automatically make you a member. You must have completed the membership contract and subscribed to your qualifying portion. When you become a member, your member number and customer number are one and the same. Your membership is indicated on the clerk’s screen.
